We had a great experience with our home inspector Matt. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail of the house to us. He checked every nook and cranny and made sure we fully understood both the big issues and the smaller maintenance items. We never felt rushed, and his attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence during the home-buying process. We had a great experience with Matt Ferguson as our home inspector. He was professional, thorough, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent he responded quickly, answered questions clearly, and made scheduling fast and stress-free.Matt emailed us a detailed inspection report that was very easy to read and understand. He went into detail about the issues he found and even offered to go over everything with us if we had any questions or concerns.His pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service he provided.
