As upsetting and disappointing as the first house turned out to be, I’m so grateful for the knowledge I gained from his inspection to avoid a very costly, potentially life altering mistake. In addition, Matt was just as thorough noting the issues with the next house, they were just minor and not as concerning. So in both instances, knowledge was power and security, and helped inform my decisions. As has already been mentioned, the reports encompass all the major areas one would want to know about when buying a home, were easy to understand, full of pictures and/or videos, and he went over each item while we were at the house, allowing me to ask questions. It’s very helpful to have these reports with their great attention to detail, and have all the issues differentiated between what is minor, what is major, and what is a safety issue. He came highly recommended by my realtor and other acquaintances, and did not disappoint. I would, and did, use him again and I highly recommend him to others. read less
